Terms of Service
Last updated 17 August 2026
1. Who we are
Sign IT is an electronic signature service operated by KW | Innovations (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of signitdigital.com and the Sign IT service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite.
3. Electronic signatures
By using Sign IT you consent to transact using electronic records and signatures, and you confirm you have authority to send documents for signature. Signers confirm their own consent before each signature is recorded. Electronic signatures created through Sign IT are intended to satisfy the requirements of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and equivalent state legislation, and comparable frameworks such as the US ESIGN Act and eIDAS. Some documents (for example wills and certain property dealings) may still require a handwritten signature; it is your responsibility to confirm suitability for your documents.
4. Your content
Documents you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, display and transmit them to the people you address — that is the service. You must have the right to upload what you send, and you must not use Sign IT for unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed per user, monthly, through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable use
No attempting to breach security, no forging identity or signatures, no bulk unsolicited mail, no interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the service at risk.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Sign IT available and your records intact, but the service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Sign IT and delete your envelopes at any time; cancelling a paid plan takes effect at the end of the billing period. We may end or suspend access for material breach of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the product or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
